I am a Texas bankruptcy attorney focusing on complex federal insolvency matters, including Chapter 7, 13, and 11 cases. I represent both debtors and creditors in consumer and business bankruptcies, adversary proceedings, and contested matters. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I regularly practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and work to develop practical, results-oriented solutions for clients facing financial distress. I emphasize clear communication, strategic planning, and efficient use of technology in my practice.
Outside my legal practice, I am deeply family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my wife and child. I stay active through soccer and involvement in the local soccer community. I have a strong interest in history, particularly economic and ancient history, and enjoy works such as David Graeber’s Debt and his collaboration with David Wengrow. I am currently reading a biography of Gaius Julius Caesar. Travel, personal finance topics, and home projects round out my interests.
