David Cox is the founder and managing attorney of Cox Law Group PLLC. He is a 1992 graduate of Virginia Tech and received his Juris Doctorate from the T.C. Williams School of Law in 1995. David served as a judicial clerk for the late Hon. William E. Anderson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Virginia.

 David practices bankruptcy law throughout the Western District of Virginia and has offices in Lynchburg, Danville, Harrisonburg, Staunton, and Winchester. He is recognized as one of Virginia’s leading bankruptcy attorneys and has committed his practice to helping individual, families, farmers and small businesses deal with debt and collections.
