Stein is an attorney in the firm Carmody MacDonald’s litigation group. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and complex civil litigation. Since joining the firm, Branden has been assisting clients with commercial and contract disputes as well as cases involving allegations of medical malpractice. He is also working to expand his practice into bankruptcy and receivership matters. Prior to joining the firm he clerked for a judge in the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan and externed for a judge in the Cook County Law Division in Illinois. Most recently, he worked for a private law firm in San Francisco, California doing complex civil litigation and criminal defense.
