I maintain an active Consumer Bankruptcy and Consumer Litigation Practice all over the country but primarily in the 6th Circuit (all of Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Eastern District of Tennessee and Western District of Tennessee). I also regularly practice in 7th Circuit (NDIL, NDIN, SDIN) as well as NDGA, MDFL, SDFL, District of Colorado and SDCA.
My Consumer Bankruptcy Practices encompasses assisting Debtors in Chapter 7, 12, and 13 Cases as well as Bankruptcy Litigation involving both adversary and non-adversary proceedings.
My Consumer Litigation Practice encompasses foreclosure defense in both Ohio and Kentucky in addition to a growing practice in Consumer Litigation in the areas of RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, Ohio and Kentucky Consumer Sales Practices Acts, and other consumer protection statutes. The majority of the litigation is based in Real Estate or Secured Consumer Loan Transactions.
